• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Each user is only permitted to have one (1) account only at Winclub9. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

Winclub9 accepts deposits via approved Malaysian payment methods only. All transactions must be conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Winclub9 does not accept payments in foreign currencies.

Accepted deposit methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks.

The minimum deposit at Winclub9 is RM10 and maximum limits vary depending on your chosen payment method and account level. Deposits are typically processed within 1 to 5 minutes after payment is confirmed by the payment service provider.

To make a withdrawal, the following conditions must be met:

• Accounts must be fully verified (KYC completed) before the first withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to an account or wallet registered in your own name.

• Football & Sports: Official results from the relevant sports authority will be used to determine winners. For postponed or cancelled matches, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Live Casino (Baccarat, Poker, Roulette): All game results are determined in real time and are final. Any disputes must be reported within 24 hours.
• Slots & Jackpot: Jackpot wins will be verified by the audited RNG system. Any win that cannot be verified by the system is considered void.
• E-Sports: E-sports match results follow the official results announced by the event organiser.

Winclub9 also reserves the right to close or suspend your account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activity.

Under no circumstances shall Winclub9's total maximum liability to any member exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
